API

Hello,

Few things:

  1. It's better when told to post on a separate forum to put the entire first post rather than a link to the previous post. It make it more inciting for people to look at rather than an unknown link! To close the loop, you could have link this new post to the old post.
  2. Could you explain what process you went through to get the Values in the second image?
  3. Could you also explain what you did with the first image?
  4. Do you have the database file with all the desired frames? If so, could you also attach that?

Thanks!

Hello,

I am developing a tool that is using the API from NI,

The first image is that the app creates when a signal is added, but the problem is that a need the values table as the second image.

My question was, howcan I add this value table using the API ?

Regards.

Hi

Can you explain the process in how you are getting the second image with the values table? A step by step process on what you did will help us determine what calls we need to when using the .NET API.

Value Tables are not a common especially with using CAN. Attaching a screenshot of the database editor of the signal will also be helpful to see.

Giving us more information, and answering the new/original questions, will enable us to help you better. Looking forward to it.
