2019 R3 UI Manager -> "Save all" Delay

After making a change in a UI Manager screen or screens, when I select:  File -> "Save All", the process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.

I have 2 monitors with 1 Screen [.nivsscr] file open on each.  

My project has 15 screens.  Most are fairly simple, but some have graphs and backgrounds, and total file size for all .nivsscr files is < 800 kB

Twice today, this screen has hung for over 20 minutes, requiring that VeriStand be stopped in Task Manager.

Any suggestions?  

How can I submit a bug report request for this?
