1558 TimeSync Question

Use environment: RT OS
Software: Veristand 2020 & Labview 2020-32bit

Question 1:

How to use the PXI-6683H board to provide time to the system
Can't assign the system time with the Visa setting that comes with the 6683 in NI-MAX. Is there a related manual or documentation?
My settings are as follows:

We can see the board time is change to 2017/2/24 ，but the system is not change as bellow.

I dont know which step is wrong?

Question 2:

After Veristand installed ADD-Ons TimeSync from ni's official website, the program could not be downloaded and an error was reported.
The settings and error messages are as follows:
