Hi Andy. Unfortunately, that link leads to the VS 2017 download page (see below).

John,
Our apologies for the trouble.
The link let me download 2016 here.
You may need to be logged into your ni.com account. It's also possible that you'll need your account linked to your license as 2016 is no longer the current release. I'm not completely sure about that. If you still have trouble I would contact your NI sales engineer to help you access the software. Feel free to shoot me a PM if I can help you get in touch with someone.
Best,
Andy

Hi, could you post built version for VS 2017?

I have VeriStand 2016 and trying to deploy a Matlab/Simulink 2016 model to a cRIO 9066 and 7 modules (9482, 9375, 9422(3), 9482, and 9219). I have custom device installed, but do not see "EtherCAT" as a selection for Adapter Mode.
I added a custom Scan Engine and EtherCAT device, but nothing happens when I select the "Auto-Detect Modules" button. I manually just added a Local Chassis and the 7 modules, will that work, or should be modeules have been auto-detected in order to connect properly.
I deployed the project with no issues.

The most common reason the "Auto-Detect Modules" button doesn't work is that the "I/O Variable Remote Configuration Web Service" component is not installed to your real-time target. You can check to see if it's installed by expanding the Software section under the target in NI MAX.
However, even if the auto-detect functionality doesn't work, you can still manually add the local chassis and the modules individually as you described. If you are able to deploy successfully with no errors, the configuration in the project matched the configuration on the cRIO and everything should function the exact same as if you had used the auto-detect functionality.
Hopefully that helps!

@JohnBergmans, @thel
The built version for VeriStand 2017 is now up on the community page and can be downloaded. Let us know if you have any questions!

Hi,
I could not reponse before but I solved the problem.
I used VeriStand 2015, it was not working but when I upgraded to the 2016 version, everything works.

Hi,
I am having problem with reading AI channels of NI 9221 on a cRIO through VeriStand using the Scan Engine Custom device. The channel values AI0 and AI1 needs to be around 12.5V but the value received is ~-50V. I had attached the screenshot of VeriStand UserInterface. It seems that am missing some thing on the configuration side, as I am able to use the 9221 successfully with LabVIEW 2016 and FPGA tested through the LabVIEW example for reading the channels. I had attached the screenshots of my project system definition file, kindly requesting you to go through the files and let me know if am missing something. Let me know if you need any more information.
Regards,
Ravi

Hi,
Kindly discard the last message, no issue with the configuration. The reason for unexpected values was using FFT type graph instead of simple graph on the user interface.

Ravi

I am setting up a PXI system with Ethercat (2 chassis) and have 2015 SP1 installed. The link seems to be broken for the
NI VeriStand 2015 SP1 with NI-RIO 15.0+ and EtherCAT 15.0+:
Scan Engine and EtherCAT 2015 SP1 v4.3
I tried to use the
NI VeriStand 2015 with NI-RIO 15.0+ and EtherCAT 15.0+:
I download 2015 4.1.11 but am getting an error 1003 that the Main- Auto Detect Modules.vi is broken.
Can the link to 2015 4.3 be fixed? Or am I doing something wrong with my drivers? I have Ethercat 2.3, NI-RIO 12.1.0 and I/O Variable Remote Configuration Web Service 15.0 installed.
Thanks
Josh
