I'm upgrading a solution from TestStand 4.1 and LabVIEW 8.5 to TestStand 2016 and LV2017 and I've come across the file what is the purpose of TestStand - Default Values 85.llb in our CM, and I'm wondering what purpose it served and if TS/LV have any equivalent?

Hey mrbean,
The TestStand - Default Values 85.llb is used so that TestStand can correctly identify and input the default values to code modules when they are called. This was required for versions 8.5 and forward when using earlier versions of TestStand, however this shouldn't be necessary for the versions you are moving to as the LabVIEW adapter has been updated since your previous work (this is in the case you are updating everything to LV 2017 and TS 2016).
I hope this helps.
