numeric limit test not found in insertion palette

Hi everyone,

I am using TS 2010 SP 1. 

It is strange thta numeric limit test, pass/fail test, etc are not found in Insertion Palette.

I have tried right click on Insertion Pallete and Customize.., and try add the folder containing numeric limit test. 

But it still does not work. Very strange.

Anyone has the same problem?
