If you just need to do this interactively for debugging purposes, just set a breakpoint in the sequence you only want to run some of the steps in. Then do a normal execution, then when you hit the breakpoint do an interactive execution. You can do interactive executions from a breakpoint in the execution document window.

Ray,
Do you know how to have the SequenceFileLoad callback programatically copy the Main Sequence\Setup to SequenceFilePreInteractive\Setup and Main Sequence\Cleanup to SequenceFilePostInteractive\Cleanup?
This would eliminate having to manually maintain\update the Pre & Post sequences to have the contents from the Main Sequence whenever a developer modifies the Main Sequence Setup & Cleanup.
I have tried a couple of ideas, but have not been successful so far.
