Can you clarify what you mean by test certificate?  That can have many meanings.  For instance when I read it I think you are referring to the report.  But I'm not quite sure if that's what you mean.

Also, are you talking about the revision that you set in the TestStand Deployment Utility?

If you go into Add/Remove Programs and look at the Version column you should see the deployed version.
