Any idea when Teststand Be Able to Target the .Net 4.0 Framework?

Currently, calling .NET Framework 4.0 assemblies in TestStand is not supported. We are working on providing support for Visual Studio 2010 integration and calling .NET Framework 4.0 assemblies in a future version of TestStand. That being said, you can target your Visual Studio 2010 assemblies for .NET Framework 2.0, 1.1, or 1.0 and these can be called from TestStand.

What version of TestStand are you currently using? What is the time frame for you needing to call .NET Framework 4.0 assemblies from TestStand?
