Update VI Calls doesn't update all calls when selected from the Tools menu

This behavior has caused me issues during deployment, as the deployment builder dumps out citing an error that's EITHER broken vi's or prototype not updated?? As a result I need to manually go through all of my sequences, and manually update the prototypes myself, even though the code runs properly from development mode???

I hope you configured the Update VI Calls tool correctly:

Also note that you have to make sure which sequence files you want to update.
