Trying to use NI Teststand deployement Utility to create an installer and it says ActiveX container is not installed on the system. I dont understand what that means. Because I have labview 2017 installed and it does have ActiveX.
Then why does Teststand deployement utitlity says it is not present. If this is something else, from where can I download and install it. I couldnt find the link. Thank you.

It might be helpful to see the full message as displayed. The TestStand Deployment Utility is a LabVIEW built application but the ActiveX container being loaded is likely the one associated with the LabVIEW Runtime that corresponds to the version of LabVIEW that built the application. I do not know if that is LabVIEW 2017 or not, and not sure if it is (x86) or potentially (x64) depending on the bitness of TestStand.
The DLL that is likely failing to load is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\20xxPlugins\LV20xxActiveXControl.dll"
or
"C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\20xxPlugins\LV20xxActiveXControl.dll"

I found it, but the original installer was created in a 32 bit computer. In that computer it is Program Files. But mine is a 64bit computer. So it becomes Program Files(x86) but the Installer is searching for it in Program Files, I guess. Dont know how to solve this issue.

Could you please specify the versions and the bitnesses of the program versions you are using?
LabVIEW 2017 (Bitness?)
TestStand (Version, Bitness)?
What are the LabVIEW Adapter settings in TestStand?
I would make answering your questions much easier, thanks!

No, I found it. I have labview 2017. And I under labview 2017 these same files are there in the installer, I just need to use that and deselect all of this.
