I have another suggestion to try- In the deployment utility click on the Drivers and Components... button found on the Installer Options tab. Click on each of the components in the list on the left side. If the Installer Source Location (on the right) points to the LabVIEW CD try clicking on the browse button and re-select the CD. OK the dialog and try rebuilding. If the versions of the installers you have installed on the system are the same as the CD the build should now get them from the CD you have.
