Teststand 2016 SP1 property loader error question

Hi,

I'm using Teststand 2016 Sp1 and I keep getting this property loader error when I copy a sequence in the sequence editor, rename it  and then duplicate the properties and rename them in my .xlsx file. 

The sequences use locals mainly, I can't work out what I am overlooking or need to change to make this happen.

This turned out to be a compatibility issue between Windows 11 and Windows 10. It works in Windows 10 with a .CSV property loader source file. It doesn't work with Windows 11 and an .xlsx file.
