TestStand 2016 is Released! Check out New Features Today.

TestStand 2016 brings features directly from the TestStand Idea Exchange, as well as features to ease the development and execution of multiple, independent applications at the same time. See the below list for all of the major features of the new release:

 

TestStand Environments: Simultaneously develop and run multiple TestStand applications for a single version of TestStand.

TestStand Native Enumeration Data Type: Create enumeration data types in TestStand and map to parameters in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, C/C++ DLL, and .NET code modules.

Property Loader Redesign: Complete redesign for enhanced functionality and usability of this tool, including support for multiple property file formats and a new plug-in interface for custom property sources.

Execution Profiler: Enhanced existing Resource Profiler to support profiling step and module execution.

Sequence Editor Improvements:

      • Smart Rename for Variables
      • Create Sequence from Highlighted Steps
      • Drag/Drop Sequence to Create Sequence Call
      • Display Parameter Comments in Sequence Call Module Tab

+1 on the Enumerated types and being able to link them to a LabVIEW Type Def!
