TH4800 Initialize.vi error

I got this error when I ran this VI attached.

err driver

status: (Hex 0xBFFF0011)

Insufficient location information or the requested device or resource is not present in the system.

Is that because I left instrument handle out blank? What shall I put there if I just want to test this VI.

Hi,

You are passing the resourse name of GPIB::7:INSTR instead of GPIB::7::INSTR
