Subpanels in process model

Hi

I am having problems getting VIs called in the process model to display in my subpanels, the VIs run and appear just not in the subpanels. VIs called from the actual sequence file do appear in the subpanels correctly. 

I have tried running using the runtime engine, i have all the tracing options ticked on, i have tried creating my own ui messages to force them to appear. 

Anyone have any ideas as to what i am missing/doing wrong?

I have solved it. 

Turns out the case statement in my UImessage handler was ignoring vicalloptions with the value 3 (open front panel and the other option https://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370052W-01/tsapiref/reftopics/labviewmodule_vicalloptions_p...
