I have TestStand configured to create an XML Document directly and an Offline Results File. Then I use the Offline Results Processing Utility to create an XML Document from the .tsr file. The XML Document generated by ORPU has different step StartTime than the original XML Document. The original XML Document has StartTime for a step like 1338.9520975, which is "seconds after TestStand was started". The XML Document generated by ORPU has step StartTime like -106.9329420679. What does this mean? What format is it and how do I convert it to an understandable date/time?
