Password Protecting Plugin Won't Show In Result Processing Insert New

If I password protect (lock) a result plugin and deploy it.  On the deployed machine it won't show up in the Result Processing>>Insert New... list.  Is this a bug?  How can I deploy plugins that are password protected and allow my end user to add them to the list?

NOTE: I do not want it to be an Add-On.

Hmm... I think there's something else going on here.

I password protected the NI_SimpleTextReport shipping example plugin and deployed it to a machine with nothing but the full featured OI and runtime engines. I'm not able to view the sequence file, but I can still add it as a result processor. Two thoughts:

• Is it in the correct directory for the bitness of your deployed OI? %TestStandPublic%\Components\Models\ModelPlugins for a 32-bit process or %TestStandPublic64%.... for 64-bit.
• Are you sure FileGlobals.ModelPluginComponentDescription.DisplayNameExpression isn't the same as one of the other plugins, causing it to show up twice?

What version of TestStand are you using? That scenario did not work until TestStand 2016

I'm using 2014 32-bit.  Glad to hear it is fixed.
