On the fly reporting ini location

I'm looking to disable "On-the-fly-reporting" on a deployed system.

 

It seems this option isn't fixed to the sequence so I can't move the sequence to my development PC disable it then move the file back. Does anyone know how I can turn this on or off, I assume there's an ini file key somewhere?
