I get this 404 also, nevertheless Nigel is reachable and communicates on my PC

Couple of updates:

There is a new patch for Nigel that was released last week and can be installed via NI Package Manager. See How to Update the Nigel AI Assistant for Log In Issues - NI for more details. 

The url that Nigel needs to access is tnm.emerson.com/nigel/login. I missed the last part in my previous post. 

As a reminder you need to have an active SSP attached to your ni.com account to use Nigel.

Our URL blocker typically blocks whole domains. What would be the repercussions of blocking all tnm.emerson.com? Are there other services either present or planned that use this domain?

thank you for your help working out this issue.

I ran into a similar problem. With the updated version of Nigel I am still not able to use it. I do have access to the login link you shared. When I open it it shows "Login succeeded". So I don't believe that is the issue.

I also tried to get the SSL to work. I found a certificate file through a query as you ca see below.

When I submit with "OK" and try to use Nigel it does not show results because the SSL-connection could not be established.

How do I make sure the SSL connection is working?
