NI Test Integration Adapter 3.0 for RQM v6.0.1 Registration Issue

Hi,

We have followed these steps to configure the NI Test Integration Adapter for IBM Rational Quality Manager 3.0:

When we look at the Adapter Console from RQM, no data appears under Machine Name column:

This issue is blocking us to import NI tests into RQM.

Suggestions and comments are welcome!

Test environment:

Single server deployment with NI adater, TS 2012 and RQM V6.0.1 running on the same Windows machine.
