MetaToolbox XmlReader MetaInstaller MIF error

I keep getting this error when building TestStand installers.

Any one know what this is about?

Have you been able to verify that the settings.xml file is in at that directory?

For some reason that directory was empty...

I resinstalled TestStand and now everything is working again.
