How to call "VIsa Clear" in Teststand wiithout using Labvieew VIs

I want to use Visa Clear function in Teststand. However, I don't want to use LabVIEW VIs. 

I have tried to call VISA32,dll but I found an error while calling the Visa Clear function: Component not found. 

Please suggest to me if someone has used it before. It would be great if you could send an example sequence
