GenericOperator can alter 'Login on Start' behavior

In TestStand 2020 I've noticed that the GenericOperator user is able to change the 'Login On Start' setting of the default UI (Configure menu>> Station Options >> User Manager tab >> Login on Start checkbox).  All the other Station Options settings are viewable but not enabled.  Does anyone know why this is the case, and how I might go about disabling this control as well?  While I appreciate that this setting merely controls whether a Login dialog is presented at TS startup vs. logging in via File menu >> Login, I would prefer this low-level user not be able to alter the UI functionality at all, especially as this setting is persistent between executions.

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but as an administrator, you could hide the Station Options menu using View>>Customize Toolbars/Menus. Then the user in the Operators group will not have enough privileges to reactivate the menu nor will she/he be able to reset the UI configuration, and thus will not be able to reach the Login on Start checkbox.
