Hi,
I tried to format a cRIO 9068 by command line following this discussion but this error appears:
umount: /mnt/userfs/run: target is busy.
/etc/init.d/mountuserfs stop failed with 0 (attempt 30)
ERROR: /etc/init.d/mountuserfs stop failed (30 attempts)
*** Error: /usr/local/natinst/bin/nisystemformat:186 (fn=umount_rootfs): Unexpected status code 1
(safemode) admin@NI-cRIO-9068-Name:~#
I also tried to format using MAX but with this error
Do you have any suggestion?
Thanks,
Riccardo

same identical problem on MAX and on command line (for the same cRIO model too!).
Did you solve it somehow?

Hi,
Suggest you to post this in hardware related forums and not in TestStand.
Maybe here :

I solved using labview 14 and related software to format and reinstall the cRIO OS. Then, I upgraded the system to labview 19
