What Step Type is Read Engine Speed? It looks like you have a custom step type and the sub step isn't set up correctly.

the same steps seq works properly on the other computer. So not able to figure what's the exact issue

Because that step type is installed by VeriStand and is obviously built on top of some .NET objects I think you should make sure that you are using the same version of VeriStand and .NET on both machines and that you installed the add on correctly.
I don't have VeriStand and haven't really used it so I can't test anything out for you. sorry.

Not the TestStand package. The VeriStand package needs to be checked. HUGE difference. VeriStand has an add-on that installs some TestStand steps. That step type you are using is created by VeriStand and NOT TestStand. I doubt this is a TestStand issue.
