Debug of CVI DLL pointing to incorrect folder. Why?

I am trying to debug a CVI DLL that I am using in TestStand. When I set it up to step into the CVI code I get a pop-up that tells me the source file cannot be opened. This makes sense because there is no such directory on this PC. The step that I am trying to debug is clearly called out (see Step Settings image below).

I cannot understand why it is pointing somewhere else? How can I fix this?
