Custom Analyzer - Check number of Parameters

I am trying to Create a custom analyzer rule for checking number of Parameters. When I analyze the sequence file I dont get any any errors, no matter what value I set for maximum permitted Parameters. The VI's are also not giving any erros so I dont know what the problem is.

I did look at the teststand example for the custom analyzer rule for locals 

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out the problem,

It seems there is a bug in Teststand because the transition After Sequence Parameter does not get called when the teststand sequence analyzer is running
