Thanks jigg Now i am officially Certified TestStand Developer , Though there is a much difference between the Practice Exam and Actual Exam but that gave me a confidence to take the Exam

Unfortunately I doubt you will find those online.  You need to contact NI to look at purchasing options. 

There is a SPOT (Self-Paced Online Training) available for TestStand but you would need to sign up through NI. http://sine.ni.com/myni/self-paced-training/app/main.xhtml
