Building deployment failed, Could not locate VIs the following projects reference

I'm using Teststand 2019 and Labview 2019. I created TS workspase including TS project and sequence file. When using teststand  sequence editor to run sequence file, everything works ok, all the LV projects are found and search directories are correctly set. 

When trying to build deployment the utility return an error:

If I look inside of found distributed filed, the project has been found:

 What can be the problem?
