Bug while using the XML Builder at the Test Stand

While using XML Builder ver 1.0  (Ibuilder) i got this message 1.

somtimes the message change to the 2nd.

Hi Shmulik,

I have to admit, I've never used XML Builder.  I really don't even know what XML Builder is.  Is it available for download or is there a way I could test out the functionality on my end?
