Announcing the TestStand 2012 Beta Program

I am pleased to announce that the TestStand 2012 Beta has officially begun!  If you have not yet signed up, I encourage you to do so to see all of the exciting new features of TestStand 2012. A full list of all new features will be available in the beta documentation, which will be available once you sign up for the beta.

To sign up for the NI TestStand 2012 Beta Program, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Beta Program resource center (http://www.ni.com/beta) select TestStand 2012 from the list of software, and click Submit
  2. Complete the beta application.  This information helps us to understand what features of NI TestStand are most important to our customers.  Please ensure that you read and accept the Terms and Conditions of the beta program so that you can be approved.
  3. After you submit your request, please be patient with us as we process your application.  Once the beta begins, you will receive an email with further information. Once you are approved, navigate to the program resource center (http://www.ni.com/beta) to access the Beta software.  Registration does not necessarily guarantee you a position in the beta program. Determination of acceptance into the program is up to the sole discretion of National Instruments.

As with the TestStand 2010 Beta, The TestStand 2012 Beta program will use a private discussion forum specifically for the Beta. Once approved for the Beta, you will shortly after gain access to this forum from http://forums.ni.com/. Please direct any conversations/comments/questions regarding the TestStand 2012 Beta to this private forum only. Please do not use the public TestStand forum for any communication regarding the 2012 Beta.

I look forward to working with you during this Beta, and please let me know if you have any questions!

Why is testing TestStand Beta on Vista 32Bit mandatory? Is this a mistake in the form?

Hi,

The check mark just means that you need to answer that question. Testing on Windows Vista 32-bit is not mandatory.
