2023 Q4 Sequence Editor won't start - Invalid startup option 2

I recently installed TestStand 2019 and 2023 Q4. 2019 launches normally. When I try to launch the 2024 version either directly or via the NI launcher, I get a popup with the message "Invalid internal startup option value: 2".

I've also tried to launch with admin privileges and get the same error.

I've checked my shortcut and it's not passing any arguments to SeqEdit.exe program.

Only one version of TestStand can be active at a time. Did you change the active version to 2023 Q4 before trying to launch it?

To change it, you can use the "TestStand Version Selector" program that gets installed with TestStand.
