Local Alliance Partner Directory Pages - EOL Information


The Alliance Partner directory at is the main directory and primary resource for customer-facing partner information. 

  • Local versions of Alliance Partner directory information should move information to the main directory. 
  • Local versions/web pages will be redirected to the main directory starting October 1, 2018 and obsoleted beginning January 1st, 2019.

Through content and system audits, we've discovered local web pages which are duplicating content found in the Alliance Partner directory at These were created to provide local language support not offered by the vendor at the time of the directory launch, but there are now discrepancies in the content between the two and support for the local versions is being phased out. 


Since the Alliance Partner Directory is the global source for customer-facing partner information, all local versions of this content should be updated in the main directory. The Alliance Partner Network team is in discussions to define a roadmap for language support but in the interim, partners can reference their information both in English and their local language. (see an example). All other local versions of this content will be redirected to beginning October 1, 2018.


Timeline/Next Steps

July – September: Alliance Partners update company profiles at (see links below for instructions)

October 1st, 2018 – Existing local web pages will be redirected to

January 1, 2019 - Local pages will be obsolete



Alliance Partners can update profiles by logging into the Partner Portal (must be logged into your NI User Profile) and selecting “UPDATE YOUR COMPANY PROFILE” from the home page shortcuts. For detailed instructions, access the Partner Portal Instructions in the Resource Library.
