LabVIEW NXG installation error - ni-ssp-notifier

(this is a duplicate post to the one on LabVIEW forum: https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/LabVIEW-NXG-installation-error-ni-ssp-notifier/m-p/3983954)

I'm trying to install the LabVIEW NXG and it always fail with this message:

error.png

I've tried to do it with NXG 4.0, NXG 3.1 through Package Manager, and also downloaded the offline installer for NXG 4.0 (from here: https://www.ni.com/pl-pl/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-nxg.html#329480). All of them failed with the message above.

Has anyone encountered this?

Note: I'm also working on this with techsupport and will post if I'll get any solution.

My NI Package Manager version is 19.6 and it logged following message in errorlog.txt:

Hi Piotr,

One of the reasons for this error could be that the user who is running Package Manager does not have permission to access the %temp% folder. Can you please check the folder permissions for the %temp% folder and let us know if the user has appropriate permissions to read/write from/to it?

Problem solved by setting the %temp% folder access permissions for current user to "Full control". My temp folder had no permissions set for any Group or user names (which I think is some error on Windows 10 side):
