I am using labview 8 and the O.S is winXP.When i am studying the RS232 communication,a error -1373807202 has come out. How can i do?

"Error -1073807202 occerred at VISA Open in Agilent 34401.lvlib:Initialize.vi->Agilent 34401Read Single Measurement.vi

This error code is undefined.No one has provided a description for this code,or you might have wired a number that not an error code to the error code input."

if not, install it
