Labview出现安装错误

打开NI的packge manager之后会出现这个报错。我之前正常安装Labview因为太慢没有安装完，之后我卸载掉已经安装的软件，删除了C盘里剩余的文件夹。

现在按照报错信息的提示重新下载打开之后也是这种情况， 想请教一下如何解决。

Sorry for the misunderstanding I made because of the unclear statement.

I read the warning info but the solution it suggests cannot solve my error, everthing is the same if I do like that.
In this case I try to seek some help here and would like to know what's wrong with my opration or something else.

Actually I don't know how to clean up all the installations of Labview in my PC and there must be some residual files hiding deepply somewhere.

Could it be possible that you give me some instructions on how to clean all the related files and reinstall LabVIEW.
