在上一次的链接中关于Error -2147221480

This is a known issue with LabVIEW 2013, and it is tracked by CAR 400810. This behavior only occurs if you are on a Windows account without administrator privileges and with User Account Controls turned on. 

To fix the issue, delete all the files located at %APPDATA%\..\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LVDB

另外，LabVIEW 2013 和 Win 10,64-bit 是不兼容的，需要2015 SP1 以上的版本 http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/52818/en/
