我找到了泰克TDS2024示波器的驱动程序，可是安装完了之后在函数工具里面看不到它的子VI，
全是问号，求助。

Is TDS2024 driver an IVI driver? If so, you should install IVI driver first.
Otherwise, you can always manually edit the function palette, make sure the
path pointing to the right place.
