NI's Individual Acadamic partner

I wan to know that how to become NI's individual acdamic partner .I mean how to guide student of diffrenet college ragarding  ,take workshop and seminar,how to solve problem using LabVIEW and many more on this NI's technology.

I am NI's certified .I am individual and not attached to any acadamic instiute/college.

This is probably something to discuss with your local NI sales office.

At a guess, it sounds like you want to start a company offering seminars/workshops to educational institutions - I guess you would want to become an NI Alliance Partner that specialises in education.

There is a process to be followed to become alliance partner of NI. You can call local office to get more details of buying things and what are the prerequisites, and get all the information in detail. Posting on the forum will not be much help.
