How can i call another vi's frontpanel out in a vi ?

I want to call another vi's frontpanel in a vi just like i always do in VB.For example,press a button to call a new form.

I understand you want to know how to call and pop-up subVI from main VI when button is pressed.
Case structure and subVI setting will satisfy your demand.
Please check the attached to know how to use case structure.
As to sub VI setting, go to File -> VI property -> window outline and choose "Dialog" item.

I understand what you said.and i get another idea from the manual of LabVIEW 7.1.I can also use VI reference to pop up a sub VI.Is that right?

The way to use VI reference is also correct.
When you uses  VI reference, you will have to use invoke node.
