Chris explains the difference between a PDF and a Model file extremely well. Usually there is an internal diagram within the PDF File. Sometimes you can use this internal diagram to create a schematic within Multisim. From this schematic that you create you can make your own model file from it. This is the hard way of making a model file and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends as to whether you can create the schematic form the diagram and sometimes that isn't possible due to lack of information within that diagram.
The best thing is to have a already made model to plug into Multisim, but again that isn't always possible either because there are components that just don't have models available for them.
I am sorry to say that your IC is one of those that I cannot find a spice model file for. Your only options would be to create one for yourself or hope that maybe someone already has done this and will share it with you.
I wish I could assit further, but this is about all I can tell you.
