will i need to find full schmatics for op07 and modified it a littel so can i find this ready ???

Your best bet would be the datasheet for any published information about the opamp.

If you were talking about the SPICE model, it's best to not change anything in the model. These are provided by the component manufacturers and are not designed to be hand tweaked without extensive knowledge about the inner workings of the components.
