unable to activate multisim 11.0.1

i downloaded multisim 11.0.1 as when i activated version 10.0.1 which is what i received on CD from EMONA Instruments i then got an email saying my serial number also entitled me to use the following products:

Product:                   Ultiboard Education Edition
Version:                   10.1.1

Product:                   Multisim Education Edition
Version:                   11.0

Product:                   Multisim MCU Module
Version:                   10.0.1, 10.0

Product:                   Ultiboard Education Edition
Version:                   11.0

but my activation code doesnt work if i put it in manually & my serial wont activate it automatically

any help please...would be much appreciated

Hello,

According to the info provided you are entitled to activate version 11.0 (not version 11.0.1). Make sure that you download Circuit Design Suite 11.0.

Please advise where the download of version 11.0 is available

As obviously 11.0.1 is the latest one available when going through the academic section to download

i have downloaded & going to try installing & activating now

howeverm what is the difference between 11.0 && 11.0.1

Is it a whole new version of the product or can it be applied as an update to 11?

• Continued improvements to Forward and Backward Annotation.
• Updated component database.

• PCB Matrix® nominal land patterns added to Ultiboard.
• 165 Bug fixes.

There is a free update that you can download, version 11.0.0.2; you can use the NI Update Service (Programs>>National Instruments) or you can download it here.
