Does anybody know how to get a tunnel diode for a simple circuit and simulate it using Multisim?

I have only found them (Vintage parts) on Ebay. I do not think they are being produced any longer, which is too bad, I wanted to use one in a sqr law detector. As far as a model, you will have to make it yourself.

I just found this. A way to model a Esaki (Tunnel DIode). An explanation is given in the link below.
