The best way would be to apply a (time, voltage) dataset of ECG samples to Multisim's PWL (piece-wise-linear) source. Ofcourse you would have to find this dataset somewhere.

I happen to have some sort of ECG signal on my computer that you can try.

Intelligent,

There is the NI Biomedical Startup kit:

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/6626

Also there is some additional processing details here:

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/6349

It is possible to use these to create a LabVIEW VI and/or export signals that will generate ECG signals into Multisim.

As such I did a simple concept VI (based on some of these signals) here:

Hi, Pat

http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5925

I tried this method to simulate ecg signal on multisim13. I copy the ECG Electrode.llb file from the zip file to D:\National Instruments\Circuit Design Suite 13.0\lvinstruments. And I opened the multisim. but there is no ecg signal option under the Labview Instrument.
