pulse induction metal detector simulation

I am doing the simulation of the circuit as shown in the attachment. The MOSFET used is IRF9630, however, the library does not contain it and I used IRF9530 to try to replace it. However, when I run the simulation, it always occurs the error. In addition, the monostable Multivibrators chip 74hc221 is used to shorten and delay the clock signal from 555 timer. How can I perform this function in the multisim 14.0 software? Thanks for your help
