multisim 9 will not upgrade under Windows Vista?

I have windows vista and I install v9 of multisim and when it starts up the upgrade option crashes but multisim continues to run after it finishes crashing, is there an update or something I need to check to make this stop crashing?

Multisim 9 and the SUU (Support and Upgrade Utility) that goes with it officially don't support Windows Vista. Therefor there will be no "Vista-Patch" for v9. Can you be more specific with the "crash". Do you get an error code or error message?

Also V10 of Multisim has been released in Jan 2007 and you can try a 30 day evaluation of the full product.
