Hi, can anyone help me solve this problem?
I need to design synchronous counter, counting up from 0 to 12 (modulo 13). I spent hours creating exitation table and karnaugh map to get equations for input. then i created circuit (everytime a bit different then previously), but no success. I've attached my last circuit. is anyone know software to do excitation table and karnaugh map from it. that would save me a lot of time.
