having trouble with the multisim install

Hello, I recently purchased the student edition of multisim version 10.1 . I cannot seem to get the install done right. I bought it from Amazon and it came with four CD's. The circuit design suite only seems to install a embassy security center? When i click on it the error says "please install internet explorer 6 or newer" but i'm already running version 7. When i try to install the two elvis discs, it only uninstalls the embassy security and then re-installs it right back on. The labview disc seem to install correctly but i really need the multisim. I am running windows XP, explorer 7 and have plenty of ram, hard drive and video card. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong? Thank you!

Hello,

Let's try the following:

• Download the Multisim 10.1 Student installer from here.
• Run this installer, use your Serial Number.
• Activate Multisim.

If this does not work please send us more details about the error (printshots, error messages, etc).
